We are up on the 7th Block of JP Nagar, in the Prestige Pinnacle building, number 62. Innoversant Solutions is a bit of a long name, so we just call it the office. Being in a big building like this is okay, but the elevators are always slow in the morning. We do a lot of back-end work for other companies. It’s mostly technical stuff that takes a lot of patience. Our office has a nice view, but we are usually too busy looking at our monitors to notice it. There’s a lot of papers stacked up near the printer. We keep saying we will go paperless but it never quite happens. The team is a mix of young kids who know everything about code and some of us who have been around since before the internet was fast. We don't do big corporate retreats. Usually, we just order some pizza if we finish a project on time. It’s a bit cramped because we keep hiring people and don't want to move to a bigger floor yet. Everyone knows everyone else’s business here. It’s like a small village inside a glass building. We try to be helpful when people call with problems. No one here is trying to be a boss; we just do what needs to be done. It’s a regular job with regular people. We like it here in JP Nagar, it feels like home even though it's just an office space.
