Our office is over in Koramangala 4th Block, right on 7th Cross at number 405. If you’ve ever been to Koramangala, you know it’s always buzzing with energy and there’s always something new opening up nearby. Innovative Homes PVT LTD isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team and we like it that way. The office is usually a bit of a mess with site plans and material samples scattered around. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office isn't always full. When we are all here, it gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have a formal dress code; most of us just wear what’s practical for visiting construction spots. The building we are in is decent, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout. Most of our time goes into the practical side of building homes. It’s about making sure the walls are straight and the plumbing works, not about having the fanciest office in the zip code. We drink way too much coffee from the shop around the corner. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when deadlines are tight, but we get through it. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we’re still here doing our thing.
