Innovation Communications Systems Ltd operates out of M. Anuradha Royal Residency. We are in Flat No. 402 on Street No. 2 in MJ Colony, Moulali. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t look like a workplace from the outside. Hydearbad is a big city, and Moulali is a decent enough area to be in. It’s just a few of us in the flat. We converted the living room into a main workspace. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons because of all the equipment running. We’ve got cables running along the floor and shelves full of parts. The kitchen is mostly just for making coffee and tea. We’ve been here for several years now. The neighbors are used to us. We try to keep things quiet, but sometimes we have to test things out. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on a fancy office. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just like doing what we do. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Mostly. There is usually someone here from morning until the evening hours. We just try to get the work done right without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how we manage things.
