We've been at Manish Manor for a while now. It's an apartment building on 28th Main, right there in Puttenahalli. J.P. Nagar 6th Phase in Bangalore is a busy area but we like it here. Being in this city means there is always tech talk happening. We handle media stuff and technology mostly. It's not a fancy glass office, just a regular flat where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic on Puttenahalli Main Road gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but that is just part of living in this place. We started Innomedia Technologies because we wanted to work on things we actually understood. It is a small team. Most days it's just us at our desks, coding or looking at screens. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People usually find us by looking for the 403 door number. It’s a bit quiet inside compared to the street outside. We keep things pretty simple. There is a lot of tea and coffee involved. We don't really do big meetings unless we have to. Most of the time, we just talk across the room. It works for us. Living and working in this part of Bangalore feels grounded. You see the same people at the tea stall every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build decent software and media tools that people might actually find useful. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it from here.
