Ing Vysya Life Insurance

Our office is located at 55, 4th Cross in the Telecom Layout area of Vijayanagar. It is a quiet part of Bangalore, mostly residential around here, but we’ve been at this spot for some time. Working for Ing Vysya Life Insurance means dealing with a lot of papers and folders every single day of the week. The building isn't huge, but it fits everyone who works here. We have desks tucked into corners and a small area where people can sit while they wait to talk to us about their policies. Dealing with insurance isn't always the most exciting thing, but it’s what we do to get by. Karnataka gets pretty warm, so the fans are always going in the office to keep the air moving. People come in from all over the city, though mostly it's local folks from Vijayanagar who stop by. We handle the claims and the new sign-ups. Sometimes we lose track of time because there's so much to organize in the files. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don't have those shiny glass walls you see in the big tech parks. It feels more like a neighborhood office where people actually know your name. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break to talk. After that, it’s back to the files. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets messy.
