You can find us at Gayathri 1st E Main in the 2nd Phase of Girinagar. We share the space near Ulhas Kumar and Santosh K R. It’s a local spot where people come to handle their money matters. Banking is mostly about paperwork and waiting in line, and we see plenty of that here. People come in to deposit checks or ask about their savings. We try to keep things moving, though some days are busier than others, especially at the start of the month. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and a lot of ledgers. Girinagar is a decent neighborhood, and we have a lot of regulars who live just a few streets away. They know us by name, and we know them. It’s about helping neighbors manage their accounts without having to go all the way to a main city hub. We spend a lot of time explaining different forms. Sometimes the system is slow, which is frustrating for everyone, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest bank branch out there. We just want to make sure people's transactions go through correctly and their questions get answered. It’s a lot of counting and double-checking figures to make sure everything balances out at the end of the day. It's just a regular bank office doing regular work for the folks in this part of Bangalore.
