The office is over here in Kamanahalli, right on the first floor of SRK Illam. If you know the area, it’s tucked away on the 2nd Cross, just off the main road. It gets pretty busy around here in the mornings when everyone is trying to find parking or catching a rickshaw. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when two people are passing each other. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with desks and chairs and the usual humming of the fans and computers. There’s a small tea stall just down the street where most of us go during the break to get some fresh air. It’s not a fancy glass building like the ones you see in the big tech parks, but it works for us. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood or take the bus from nearby areas. We just come in, get our headsets on, and handle the tasks for the day. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute before the generator kicks in, which is just part of living in Bangalore I guess. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really minds as long as the internet stays fast and the work gets done. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside and shut the door to the street noise.
