If you are looking for us, we are right there in J.P. Nagar 6th Phase, over at Siddappa Nilaya. It is quite easy to find because we are just across from the Ganesh Temple, which is a nice landmark to have. Hotel Inchara is also nearby, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick bite if the day gets too long. We deal with BPO work here in Bangalore, which means a lot of phones ringing and people sitting at computers for long stretches. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the desks, but everyone knows where they belong. The building on 1st Cross isn't huge, but it fits us all. We have shifts running at all hours, so the lights are usually on even when the rest of the street is quiet. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to that living in this city. We just focus on getting the tasks done for the day. It is not some high-tech futuristic place, just a bunch of regular people working hard. We have some tea breaks together when we can. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas, so there is a bit of a local feel even though the company name is big. We try to keep things simple and just handle the business we have. It’s a lot of data and talking, but that is the job we do every day.
