I work over at the Electronic City site on Hosur Road. We have these big plots, 26/3, 26/4, and 26/6. It's a massive place, to be honest. Thousands of us are in and out of here every day for different shifts. The Bangalore traffic on the way to work is usually a mess, but once you get inside the gates, it’s a whole different world. We do BPO work, so there's always someone on a headset or typing away. It's loud, busy, and never really stops. The cafeteria is where we all end up meeting to complain about the commute or talk about our weekend plans. We've got several buildings across these plots in the 560100 zip code area. It’s a lot of walking if you have a meeting in a different block. I've been here a couple of years now and still sometimes take a wrong turn in the corridors. We handle things for companies all over the globe, so the clocks on the walls show different times. It feels like a small city inside a city. We have people from all over India working here. Most of us just want to get through our tasks and head home, but we make some good friends along the way. It’s a standard office life, just on a much bigger scale than most. That’s life at the Hosur Road office. We just keep the machines running.
