We are based out of Bismillahnagar, right opposite the Noor Fathima Masjid. The building is 949 on 8th Main. It is a very busy area, especially on Fridays when the mosque is full. You can hear the call to prayer and the sound of motorcycles zipping past all day long. It’s a functional building in a crowded part of Bangalore. We spend most of our time at our stations with headsets on. The light inside is a bit bright because of the fluorescent bulbs, but it keeps everyone awake during the night shifts. There’s a small shop nearby that sells excellent samosas, so that’s a frequent stop for the staff. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and there are notices pinned up everywhere. Space is at a premium, so desks are pretty close together. We share the building with a few other small businesses, so the entrance can get a bit congested in the mornings.
