Infosys Bpo Limited

We are over at Vinayaka Nilaya, which is in the Narayanaswamy Building in Nethravathi Extension. If you know K.R. Puram in Bangalore, you know the traffic can be a bit much around here. Infosys Bpo Limited is just the name on the door, but inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at desks and handling calls and data all day. The building is tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We’ve got a lot of people coming in for different shifts. Bangalore is always moving, and this office is no different. We spend a lot of time on headsets. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that’s a real problem for everyone. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find anything too exciting, just a regular workplace where we try to get through the queue of tasks. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops now and the roads are always being worked on, which makes parking a nightmare for the people who drive. We usually just grab lunch from the local spots nearby, which are always crowded at noon. It’s a busy environment. We don’t really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the desks, the computers, and the work that needs finishing by the end of the shift. Most of us live nearby. It’s just a standard BPO setup.
