Infosys Bpo (Hr Process)

We are situated at 2/1 in the 2nd Cross of Someshwara Layout, which is on B.G. Road in Bellekahalli. This part of Bangalore, 560076, is always full of activity. Our team works specifically on HR processes for Infosys BPO. It is a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that most people don't think about when they hear a big company name. We handle things like employee records, payroll questions, and some of the paperwork that comes with hiring new people. The office building is tucked away in the layout, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which is nice for focusing. We have our routines here. Morning starts with checking the queues and seeing what needs urgent attention. We have lunch together in the small break area or sometimes go out to the local spots nearby. It is a regular office environment where everyone knows each other’s names. We aren't the ones out in the field; we are the ones making sure the internal systems keep running smoothly for the staff. Sometimes the work is repetitive, like any BPO job, but we find ways to make it interesting. Dealing with HR means we see a lot of different situations every day. We just try to get the files processed correctly and on time so there are no delays for the employees. It is steady work in a busy part of the city.
