Inflatable Ideas

We are Inflatable Ideas and we have our base set up in Shivaji Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Shivaji Nagar, you know it’s one of the most crowded and lively parts of the city. We operate out of a space that is usually filled with rolls of heavy-duty fabric and big air blowers. We spend our days designing and sewing different kinds of inflatables. It could be anything from a simple arch to something a bit more complicated for an event. It is a very hands-on job. Our floor is often covered in scraps of material and thread because we are always in the middle of a project. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning and plush chairs. It’s a workshop, plain and simple. We like the energy of Shivaji Nagar because everything we need is just around the corner. We are a small crew and we all know how to use the sewing machines and the heat welders. Most of our work happens on-site where we have to set things up, so we are often out of the office. When we are here, we are busy checking for leaks or packing things into bags. We don't go for big talk or polished presentations. We just show people what we can make and let the work speak for itself. It’s a bit of a messy business, but it’s what we do and we’ve been doing it here for a while.
