Ineosoftech Software

Ineosoftech Software is located over in KR Puram, Bangalore. We are on Vivekananda Ashram Road in Gokul Layout. The building is Ananth Parvati Nilya. If you know KR Puram, you know the bridge and the traffic can be quite something, but our little corner is a bit away from that main mess. The office is basically a converted house. It has that old Bangalore charm with some trees around. We do software work, but we don't act like those big IT firms. There are no swipe cards or security guards at the front. You just walk in. The rooms are filled with computers and a few whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles. We spend a lot of time debugging and testing things. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem and just go for a walk down Ashram Road to clear our heads. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have big meetings. We just talk across the desks. The kitchen area is where we hang out the most, making tea and complaining about the rain or the heat. It’s a very normal place to work. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to make software that doesn't break. That's the main goal every day. It’s honest work and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the layout here.
