Our office is tucked away in Jayanagar, specifically in the Byrasandra area on 10th A Main. It is one of those parts of Bangalore that still feels a bit like the old days, with big trees lining the streets and a slightly slower pace than the city center. Indsoft Software Technologies has been operating from here for a good while. The workspace is simple and doesn't have any of those modern office gimmicks like bean bags or game rooms. It is just a place with desks, computers, and people working on software code. We like the quietness of the street, although it can get a bit crowded with parked cars during the middle of the day. The building is a regular structure that blends in with the houses and small shops around it. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; most people who know us found out through someone else. The day-to-day is pretty routine—we come in, work through our software projects, and maybe take a walk down the lane for a break. We are a small group and we prefer it that way because it keeps things straightforward. There isn't any corporate gloss here. We just deal with the technical stuff and try to keep our clients happy without making a big production out of it. It is a calm, focused environment for building software every day.
