At Indscape Softech Pvt Ltd, we are situated on the third floor of Jana Roadhan Towers. This is right on Banneraghatta Road, specifically near the Market Yard area at number 562/640. Being near the market means it’s always lively around here, with trucks and vendors moving about from early morning. Our office is tucked away in the tower, so once you’re inside, the noise dies down a bit. We do software work, mostly coding and fixing things on the backend. It’s not the kind of job that looks very exciting from the outside. We spend a lot of time staring at monitors and drinking coffee. The space is filled with desks and a few whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles that only we understand. It’s a practical workspace, not a designer studio. We don't have fancy lounge areas or ping pong tables. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we have a good flow. Getting to Banneraghatta Road can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, so we tend to start our day early to avoid the worst of it. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It’s an honest living, and we just try to do a good job for the folks who hire us. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation; we just want to keep doing our work well.
