We are over at 17, 7th Cross in Anepalya, which is part of the Neelasandra Ward. It’s an older part of Bangalore, so the streets are a bit narrow and it can get quite crowded. Finding our building can be a bit of a trick if you’re not used to the area, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get our softtech work done. We have a lot of computers, a few fans that hum all day, and a small area for files. The neighborhood is very lively. There’s always some noise from the street, people calling out or bikes zooming past, but we find it keeps us energized. We aren’t a big corporate giant; we’re just a group of people who know their way around software. We don't have fancy titles or a big HR department. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. We share the work and we share the snacks. Most of us take the bus or ride a scooter to get here, navigating the Bangalore traffic like everyone else. It’s a simple setup in a busy ward. We like being part of the local fabric of the city. We don't need a glass tower to do what we do. This spot in Anepalya works just fine for us.
