We have been set up at No. 315 on the 100 Ft Road in Indiranagar for quite a long time now. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know it is always humming with activity. Fruition India Pvt. Ltd. is right in the thick of it. The 100 Ft Road is famous for its shops and restaurants, but we are just one of the many businesses tucked into the buildings along the stretch. Inside our office, it is a lot quieter than the street outside. We have a simple floor plan with desks that have seen better days and chairs that are comfortable enough for a long day. We don't have any of those fancy modern pods or lounge areas. We just have our workstations and a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we just manage through it. Most of our staff have been coming here for years. We know the security guards at the neighboring buildings and the guy who sells snacks on the corner. It feels like a small community even in such a busy area. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just come in, check our emails, and get to work on whatever is on the agenda for the day. It is a very normal, practical way to run things, and it suits us just fine.
