Getting to the 2nd Floor at 787 on 12th Main in Indira Nagar is usually the hardest part of the morning because of the traffic on the stage 2 roads. Once you’re inside, it’s a lot quieter than the street outside. We have our desks set up near the windows, and you can see the trees and the people walking by below. Adfinity Global Solution has been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. There are always people looking for parking or heading to the cafes nearby. We spend most of our time on computers, looking at screens and talking about projects. It’s not the biggest office, but it fits what we need. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a second, but we just deal with it. We aren’t big on fancy titles or anything. It’s mostly just a group of us trying to get through the daily tasks. We take our breaks when we can, often just grabbing something quick from the shops downstairs. The 12th Main area is always loud, so we’ve learned to focus despite the noise. It feels like a normal workplace where people actually know each other. We don't have those big glass walls or marble floors you see in corporate parks. It’s just an old building where we do our work every day and head home when the sun goes down.
