Indigo Airline

Our spot is at 176 Surya Niwas in the Murgashpalya area of Bangalore. It’s not at the airport, just a regular building called Surya Niwas. We’ve been here for a while now, handling things for Indigo Airline. The street can get pretty jammed with traffic, which is just standard for Bangalore really. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road. The building itself is plain, and we share the area with a lot of other small businesses and homes. We don't have a flashy lobby. It’s just an office where we manage the bits and pieces of the airline business. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just deal with it. People often stop by to ask questions or drop off papers. We don't have a scripted way of talking to anyone. We just say hello and see what they need. Murgashpalya is a busy little pocket of the city. There’s a lot of noise from the bikes and cars outside. Inside, it’s just desks and chairs and us trying to stay organized. It’s a simple way of working. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. It’s mostly just coordinating flights and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing. We just keep at it every day. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. This is where we work and we are used to the noise.
