Indigo Airline

Our office is located at a very specific spot in Bangalore. We are over at 3 and 4 on 8th Cross in Fairyland. It’s on Vinayaka Temple Road in Annasandrapalya, right in the HAL area, Bangalore-17. It’s a bit of a mouthful when you tell people the address, but Vinodha B.M. and the rest of us are here every day. This part of Bangalore is very tied to the aviation history because of the HAL airport nearby. You can always hear things going on in the neighborhood. We aren't a big, flashy airport terminal; we are more of a local office doing the behind-the-scenes work. It’s not always pretty, and our desks are often piled with papers and folders. We just try to get the work done without making a big deal out of it. The traffic around Annasandrapalya can be pretty rough, especially near the temple road, so we all have our shortcuts to get to work on time. We are just regular people who work for the airline and happen to be based in this specific corner of the city. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or marketing people telling us how to behave. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Some days are more stressful than others when things get busy, but we just grab a tea and keep moving forward. It’s a grounded way to work in the airline business.
