Indigo Airline

Our office is tucked away in Chowdaih Block over in RT Nagar. It’s on the 4th Cross, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main roads nearby. Working for Indigo Airline at this location is a bit different than being at the airport. This is more about the administrative side of things and making sure all the paperwork for the crews and logistics is handled correctly. The building isn't huge, just a standard Bangalore structure with a bit of a narrow entrance. We have some plastic chairs in the waiting area and a few desks where we spend most of our day. You can hear the neighbors going about their lives, and there’s a small shop around the corner where we usually grab some snacks or a tea when it gets too hot in the afternoon. Sometimes the power cuts out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in so we can finish the schedules. It’s not a fancy glass building like you see in the big tech parks, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking computer screens. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things running behind the scenes. Most of us have been here for a while, so we know the routine. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to beat the evening traffic on the way back home.
