So, we’ve got this office for Indigeneous Tech Private Limited tucked away in CIL Layout. It’s on 8th Cross in Cholanayakanhalli, which is part of RT Nagar in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know it’s a big mix of homes and small shops. We’re at number 165. It’s not one of those massive IT parks that you see everywhere else in the city. It’s a more grounded and simple spot. We work on various tech things here every single day. The neighborhood is usually quite busy with people going about their daily business. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a real headache in the mornings, but that’s just life in Bangalore. We’ve been here for a while now and we like it. The team is small and we just focus on the tasks we have on our plate. It’s a simple setup with basic desks and laptops. We aren't doing anything world-changing or super fancy, just regular tech work that needs to be finished. Sometimes we grab tea from the local stall nearby during our short breaks. It’s a nice little community in RT Nagar. We like being part of the 560032 area code. It feels more real and honest than being in a sterile office building. We deal with whatever software or tech problems come our way. We don't have fancy titles or a big HR department. It’s just us trying to keep things running smoothly.
