We've been working out of the Hyder Building for quite a while now. It's located in the B/9 section, right there in Chinniyan Palya. If you know where the Mico factory is in Bangalore, we are just a short walk from there. Our office is pretty basic. It's just a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of logbooks where we keep track of things. We mainly do travel and tours, which means we spend all day talking to drivers and trying to figure out the best routes through the city traffic. It’s not an easy job because Bangalore roads are always dug up or blocked. We help people who need a car for a day or a bus for a longer trip out of town. The office isn't air-conditioned, so we just keep the windows open and let the breeze in, along with all the noise from the street. It’s a busy neighborhood. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about it for perks. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to make sure the cars show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to spend an hour on the phone sorting it out. That's just how the business goes. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know where to find us in the Hyder Building.
