Indian Holiday

Indian Holiday is situated at G 23-24 Bangalore GPO. Being located right by the main post office means there is always a lot of movement and noise right outside our doors. We have a couple of rooms here at G 23-24 where we manage all the different travel details. It is a very central spot, so we see all kinds of people passing by the windows every single day. Inside the office of Indian Holiday, we have maps of various places pinned up and a lot of binders full of information that we use constantly. We don't have a big fancy storefront with glowing lights or screens. It is more of a traditional office setup where the desks are close together and the shelves are packed with old files. We spend a lot of time on the computer, but we also talk to a lot of people face-to-face who drop in with questions. The lighting in the back is a bit yellowish, and the fans overhead keep the air moving so it doesn't get too stuffy. We have a small cupboard in the corner for our lunches and a few spare chairs for people to sit. At the Bangalore GPO, you can always hear the city hum in the background throughout the afternoon. It is a busy place to work, but we like being right in the heart of things. We just come in, handle the bookings, and make sure the paperwork is done.
