Indian Airlines Out Bound Csr

We are based in Koramangala 4th Block, which is always full of life. Our office is at number 447/B on the 12th Main Road, right where the 1st A Cross starts. Crisma Mathew is the one who keeps everything running here. It’s a busy little spot for our outbound CSR work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through stacks of paperwork related to the airline. The office itself is quite modest. We don't have any high-end furniture or a polished lobby. It’s just a practical space with desks and computers. Koramangala has changed a lot since we first arrived. There are so many new buildings now, but our little office stays pretty much the same. It can get noisy with all the cars and bikes outside, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't trying to be a corporate headquarters; we are just a local team doing our part. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when the workload picks up, but we eventually sort it out. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby. It’s a real, working-class atmosphere here. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on answering the calls and getting the records updated. It’s a steady job in a part of town that never sleeps. We just do our best to stay on top of things every day and keep the paperwork moving.
