Indian Airlines Call Centre

You can find us over in Vijayanagar at 52/31 on the first floor. We are located on 20th Main at the 1st Cross in Marenahalli which is a pretty well-known part of this side of Bangalore. The office is right above some other shops and you have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to get to us. It is a busy area especially with the bus stand not too far away and all the students walking around the library. Inside the office it is usually a bit of a mess with papers and headsets lying around but we know where everything is. We spend most of our day on the phones or looking at schedules and it can get quite repetitive. The noise from the main road filters in through the windows but we have gotten used to the sound of the buses passing by. We don't have any fancy furniture and the chairs are just the standard plastic ones that get the job done. It is a practical place to work and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We have a small corner for a water cooler and a place to eat our tiffin boxes during the lunch break. It is a very ordinary office in a very ordinary part of town and that suits our needs just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
