India Nexus

We are a small team working out of Bangalore, specifically focused on real estate marketing. Our company, India Nexus, has its roots here in Karnataka. The city is huge and always expanding, so there is always plenty to do. We don't have one of those big, flashy offices in a glass tower. Instead, we work from a more modest space that fits our needs. It’s often a bit cluttered with flyers, brochures, and site plans spread across the tables. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and checking out different properties around the city. Bangalore traffic is pretty legendary, so we end up spending a good chunk of our day moving between different areas. It can be tiring, but it's part of the job. We like the energy of the city, even when it’s a bit chaotic. Our workspace is where we come back to organize everything and make sense of the day's notes. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We aren't trying to be the biggest marketing firm out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people we work with. The neighborhood around us is always changing, with new shops and apartments popping up everywhere. It keeps things interesting for us. We just keep plugging away, day by day, right here in Bangalore. We’ve got a couple of whiteboards filled with scribbled notes and phone numbers that we try to keep updated.
