We've been here at Lakshmi Complex for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the Cool Joint on Commercial Street and then just heading up to the first floor. It’s a busy spot, but we like it. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to handle the computer work that comes through the door. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb if you're carrying a heavy tower, but we're used to it. We deal with all sorts of tech stuff daily. Some days it's just fixing screens, other days it's more complicated. We just get on with it. K. Kamraj Road is always noisy, though having the snacks downstairs helps when we miss lunch. Being right in the middle of the city means we see all kinds of customers. We try to keep things organized, but when parts are spread out on the bench, it looks a bit messy. That's just how it goes when you're busy working. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have fancy decor or anything like that. Just some desks, tools, and a lot of cables everywhere. If you know the area, you've probably walked past our sign a hundred times. We keep the doors open and just focus on the machines people bring in. It's a steady life here on the first floor, watching the crowd on the street while we sort out motherboard issues or software bits.
