Our office is over on the second floor of a building in V V Puram, right near Sajjan Rao Circle. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded around here, especially with all the food stalls nearby in the evenings. Indgen Life Technologies Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, and we mostly deal with stuff in the life sciences and tech field. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to the second floor, but it’s quiet enough once you’re inside. We have a few labs and some desk space where the team spends most of their day. We started out small and stayed that way for the most part because it's easier to manage things when you know everyone. We do a lot of testing and technical work that requires some focus. Sometimes the smell of the street food from downstairs makes it hard to stay concentrated in the afternoons. The East Circle Road area is a good place to be based because it’s central, even if parking is a total nightmare most days. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most of the people we work with have been with us for a long time. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure the data is right. It’s a practical way to run a business.
