Incadea India Private Limited is up on the fifth floor of the Manipal Centre at 47 Dickenson Road. It’s N504 specifically. Being in a big building like the Manipal Centre is different from being in a standalone shop. You have to deal with the elevators and the shared hallways. We spend most of our time at our desks. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. Dickenson Road is a central part of the city, so there is always something going on outside the windows. The traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour, but that’s just Bangalore for you. Inside the office, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of typing. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic because of the type of work we do, so it’s mostly just us and the occasional delivery person. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used piece of equipment we have. We try to keep the place organized, but files and papers seem to pile up on the desks anyway. It’s not a flashy corporate setup with glass walls everywhere; it’s just a practical office space where we get our tasks done. Sometimes we all go out for lunch together at one of the spots nearby. It’s a decent place to work, even if the air conditioning is a bit too cold sometimes and we have to wear sweaters inside.
