Our spot is over at 45/2, Promenade Road, specifically in unit 301 of Promenade Place. It’s a decent area of Bangalore, though finding a parking spot can be a total nightmare some days. We are part of the HTMT group, but here at this office, we mostly focus on the cable and internet side of things. It’s a lot of technical work, looking at maps of wires and checking signal strengths on our monitors. We have a few phone numbers listed, like the landline and the mobiles, and they basically never stop ringing. People always have something going on with their connection. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but sometimes there are just too many calls at once. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs that have seen better days and a lot of cables running along the floor. We drink a lot of coffee from the machine down the hall. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just want to make sure the internet stays on for the people who pay us. Sometimes the weather in Bangalore messes with the overhead lines, and those are our busiest days. We stay late quite often to make sure things are fixed before we go home. It’s just a regular bunch of us working hard in a small room on Promenade Road, dealing with the daily grind of tech support.
