In Studio

Our place, In Studio, is tucked away in the A-Z Industrial Estate in RT Nagar. It’s at number 67 on G K Marg. Being in an industrial estate means there is always some kind of noise happening outside, whether it is a truck unloading or someone shouting. Inside, it is a bit different. We have our equipment and our desks set up how we like them. It is not the most organized space if I am being honest. There are cables everywhere and we keep moving things around to make more room. We spend a lot of time here, sometimes way past when we should have gone home. The lighting isn't great, but we brought in a few extra lamps. People come in and out depending on what we are working on that week. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to get things right. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over the music or whatever project is on the screen. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks. If you are looking for us, look for the old sign near the entrance of the estate. The stairs are a bit steep too. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don’t see ourselves moving soon. It works for what we need. It’s a bit rough around the edges but it’s our space.
