Working at In Hykins Software Solution means heading over to L. N Colony in Bangalore every morning. We are tucked away on 4, 1Main, 2 Cross. If you know Bangalore-22, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially during the monsoon season when the roads get all muddy. Our office isn't anything like those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks. It is just a regular spot in a residential-commercial mix area. We have been here for some time. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes through the narrow lanes to get to 2 Cross. The neighbors are mostly families or small shops, so it feels quite grounded. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that is just part of the deal. We spend a lot of time sitting at our computers. There is a small park nearby where some of us go to sit for ten minutes when the screen glare gets to be too much. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, but you still hear the vegetable vendors shouting their prices in the mornings. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is basically what keeps us going. We aren't trying to change the world; we just come in, do what needs to be done on the software side, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a straightforward life here in Bangalore and we like it.
