We are located in Srirampuram, which is an older part of Bangalore. Our office is at U No.34, on the 4th Cross in Dayananda Nagar. It is a busy residential area, so we are right in the middle of everything. We handle hospitality services, which means we spend a lot of time looking for staff and making sure our clients are happy with the cleaning and maintenance. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of computers and a lot of logbooks. People come in looking for work, and we spend our mornings interviewing or checking references. It gets a bit chaotic because the phone is always ringing with someone needing a replacement or a quick fix at a property. The streets around here are narrow, so we usually walk or take the bus. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now, and we know most of the shopkeepers on the cross. It is hard work because you are always dealing with people's problems. If a pipe leaks or a room isn't ready, we are the ones who hear about it. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a small team of us trying to keep things running smoothly for the hotels and guest houses we work with. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of coordinating on the mobile. Sometimes we stay late just to finish up the next day's schedule.
