We are set up at No.14, right on the III Cross of the III A Main in Vinayak Nagar. This is part of the BSK I Stage area of Bangalore, so it is a fairly busy spot. The office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a functional space where we get together to work on whatever projects are currently on the go. There are usually stacks of papers and folders everywhere you look. We are not the type of place that cares about having the latest designer chairs. As long as the desk is flat and the light works, we are happy enough. People often get lost trying to find the right Main around here because the streets are all named so similarly. We usually have to tell people to look for the big tree near the corner. It is a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road nearby, but you get used to it after a few days. We have got a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that is about as fancy as it gets. Most of the folks here have been around for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We just do the work, keep our heads down, and try to make sense of the data we collect. It is a straightforward way to spend the day, and we like it that way. No one here puts on airs.
