Ilink Software P Ltd has been around for a bit, mostly operating between Bangalore and Mumbai. It’s a bit of a split life, honestly. Some of us are down south and the rest are over in Mumbai. It can get a bit hectic trying to keep everything aligned between two of the biggest cities in the country, but we make it work somehow. We aren't a massive corporate giant with hundreds of floors of office space. Instead, we just focus on the software work that comes our way. Bangalore has its own vibe with all the tech stuff happening, while Mumbai is just fast and loud all the time. We find ourselves traveling back and forth or hopping on calls to make sure everyone is on the same page. It’s not always perfect; sometimes the internet lags or someone forgets the time difference in their head even though it's the same timezone. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big mission statement stuck on the wall. We just write code and handle projects as they land on our desks. Being Ilink Software P Ltd is just our day job, and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. We’ve grown used to the commute and the way things run in both cities. It’s just how we operate. No big secrets or fancy tricks, just honest work done by regular people in two busy places.
