We are located over at 9 G on 11th Street in Jougupalya. That is in the Ulsoor area of Bangalore. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, not right on the main drag, which we actually like. The office is pretty basic. We handle property management and infrastructure stuff from here. It involves a lot of coordination between different sites and the people working on them. Our team isn't very big, but we stay busy with the paperwork and the phone calls. Ulsoor is a nice place to work because you can walk out and find good food nearby. The building we are in has been around for a bit. It’s got that old Bangalore feel to it. We don't use any fancy management software that does everything for us; it’s mostly just us keeping track of things in ledgers and spreadsheets. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we just keep going. We have been in this neighborhood for a while, so the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the projects we manage are moving along like they should. It’s a steady, everyday kind of job for us that requires a lot of patience and focus on the small details that others might miss while they are rushing around.
