If you go past the vegetable market in R T Nagar, you’ll find us on the first floor at No.9/31 on the 1st Main in Ganganagar. Being so near the market means it’s always lively around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is out shopping. We’ve been here for years, fixing laptops and selling parts to the people in the neighborhood. The shop is usually filled with boxes of monitors, old keyboards, and tangled wires. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where every spare part is hidden. We don't have a sales team or a big marketing budget to speak of. Most people just walk in because their computer stopped working or they need a bit more RAM for their system. We sit at the back bench with our screwdrivers and soldering irons most of the day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting for their repairs, but everyone is usually patient and chats with each other. We don't promise any miracles, just honest work on the machines that come through the door. The floor is a bit dusty from all the cardboard boxes, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it’s home to us. We’ve seen technology change a lot since we first opened, but the basic problems people have stay pretty much the same. We just want their stuff to work.
