Bangalore is known for being a bit of a hub, but our little corner feels more like a neighborhood. We’ve been here at this address for a good stretch of time. The office is a bit of a maze with all the equipment and desks we’ve crammed in over the years. It’s not particularly stylish, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time here, often late into the evening when the traffic outside finally starts to quiet down. We are just a bunch of regular folks who happen to work in communications. There isn’t a lot of corporate talk here. We prefer to speak plainly about what needs to be done. Some days are stressful when things don't go as planned, and other days are just slow and steady. We’ve got a small break area where we eat lunch together, usually talking about anything but work. Domlur has changed a lot since we moved in, with new buildings going up all around us, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We don’t have a grand vision we talk about; we just try to get through the to-do list every day. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has kept us going this long without any major issues.
