We are located up in Gadag, specifically at 158/A/4 in Adarsh Nagar. While a lot of tech companies seem to stay in the big cities like Bangalore, we decided to keep Iid Softwares India right here. It’s a bit quieter in Gadag, which actually helps when you’re trying to write software and solve logic problems all day. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have any bean bags or ping-pong tables. We just have good computers and a few desks that have seen better days. The team is made up of local people who know their stuff and wanted to work close to home. We spend our time working on different software bits and making sure our clients are taken care of without any drama. Sometimes the internet acts up, or it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage. We aren't into the whole high-pressure corporate culture. We just come in, do our bit, and go home to our families. It’s a simple way to run a business. Adarsh Nagar is a nice residential area, so it feels very grounded. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we are just trying to provide decent software services from our little spot in Karnataka. It feels right to be doing this here, and we’ve built some good relationships with the people around us over the years.
