Igate Global Solutions

The office is located in Bangalore, specifically in the 560034 zip code area. It’s a typical tech space, I suppose. Lots of computers and people staring at screens for hours. Igate Global Solutions is where we spend our weekdays, and sometimes weekends if there is a big project. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so most of us arrive a bit tired from the commute. Once we are inside, it’s mostly about solving technical problems and answering emails. It’s not glamorous work. We have a small break area where we talk about movies or where to get a tasty lunch nearby. The building is okay, nothing special to look at from the outside. We’ve got a mix of young people and some who have been in the industry for years. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just wait around for a bit. We don't really do big speeches or fancy events. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a steady environment. Karnataka has so many companies like ours, but we just focus on what’s on our own desks. The air conditioning is usually too cold, so many of us keep sweaters at our desks. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We handle a lot of data and systems, making sure everything runs like it should and the clients stay quiet enough so we can get through the day without any major issues.
