Our office is located at 469 on 12th Cross, right near 13th Main in Banashankari 3rd Stage. This part of Bangalore, Padmanabhanagar, is usually pretty packed with people and cars. Working here means you get used to the sounds of the city and the constant movement outside the windows. The building is a regular office setup, nothing too crazy or modern. Inside, it is mostly just rows of desks and people working on their computers for most of the day. We have the usual stuff like a small break area where the coffee is never quite as good as you want it to be. The 12th Cross area can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but it’s a solid location for us. We spend a lot of time in meetings or just staring at screens, trying to get through the daily workload. It is a very typical work environment in some ways, but it feels more like a local spot since many of us live nearby. The traffic on 13th Main is a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us are either early or late depending on the day. We don't really have a fancy philosophy about what we do here. It’s just a place where people come to work, do their jobs, and then head home to their families in the evening. It is a practical life and we just keep moving along.
