Idltech India is tucked away in Jayanagar 4th Block. We’re on the 3rd floor of the Elegant Embassy building, which is at No. 54. It’s right there on 12th Main Road and 27th Cross. Jayanagar is one of those parts of Bangalore that still feels like the old city in some ways. We like it here. The streets are lined with trees, though finding parking can be a real nightmare. Our office isn't anything out of a magazine. It’s just where we come to work. We deal with technical stuff mostly. We don't have a big corporate handbook. Instead, we just try to be helpful to the folks who use our services. Sometimes we go down to the local mess for food. It’s a small group of us here. We’ve known each other for a while, so we don't have to be too formal. If someone has an idea, we just chat about it over tea. We don't do those big presentations with lots of slides. It feels a bit fake to us. We’d rather just show what we’ve done. 560011 is a good zip code to be in. People around here are friendly and it feels like a real community. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we plan to stay. No big fancy goals, just keeping the business running and doing honest work for our clients. That's the way we like it. The windows rattle when it’s windy.
