We are based out of Nagpur at 11, Mire Lay Out. If you are coming down Umrer Road, you’ll find us easily enough. The area is pretty quiet compared to the main city center which is nice for getting work done. We have a small team here at Ideb Projects. We spend most of our mornings going over plans and checking on how things are going with the various projects we have. It’s a lot of coordination. The office is simple and functional. We have some old desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. In 440009, things move at a decent pace. We've been in this layout for quite some time now. You can usually find one of us hanging around near the front entrance if we aren't out on a site. Sometimes the heat in Nagpur makes the afternoons a bit slow but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a practical place for a construction and project company to operate. People in the neighborhood know us by now. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem with a project, we sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted. That’s just how we do things here. The mailman knows exactly where to leave our stuff every morning. We keep our tools and papers in order and just keep moving forward with the daily grind. It's honest work for all of us.
