Ideagensys Software Private Limited

Ideagensys Software is located on the 3rd floor over at AECS layout. We are right on the ITPL Main Road, which means traffic can be a real headache. Survey No. 123/1 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a busy part of Bangalore North with people always moving around and new shops opening up. We started this software company because we wanted to work on our own terms. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and our computers. That’s about all we need. We don't go for those polished mission statements you see on big company walls. We just want to make sure the software we write actually works. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re coding, the next you’re talking to a client about a bug. It keeps things interesting. Being in 560037 puts us near a lot of other tech stuff, but we try to keep our own rhythm. Taking lunch breaks at the local spots nearby is a daily habit. It’s a bit noisy with the main road right there, but you get used to it. We aren't some global corporation with offices everywhere. We're just here in Bangalore, trying to do right by the people who hire us. It’s hard work, but we like it. We have been here a while and know the neighborhood well. Most days are good for us.
