Idea Architectural Solutions

Idea Architectural Solutions is based out of Yelahanka at number 588. It's a part of town that's seen a lot of development lately, but we've stayed pretty much the same. We handle the technical side of building things. The name says solutions because that’s mostly what we do—solve problems with how a building fits on a piece of land or how the stairs should turn. Yelahanka is a bit far out for some, but for us, it’s home. The office is a functional space. We don’t have artwork on the walls or expensive rugs. Instead, we have shelves full of building codes and samples of tiles or bricks. We spend our days mostly in front of screens now, but there’s always a tape measure or a scale ruler nearby. We aren't a big agency with a PR department. If you call, you’ll probably talk to one of us who is actually doing the drawing. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. We don't promise anything revolutionary. We just provide the drawings and the technical details needed to get a project through the approval process and into construction. It’s steady work, and we’ve been doing it at this Yelahanka location for a while. No fluff, just the daily grind of making sure the architecture makes sense for the people using it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, but that's just life here.
