Ide8 Ventures Private Limited

Ide8 Ventures is over in Akshay Nagar, specifically at MG Halli. We've been here at S NO 50 for a bit. Since it’s a busy spot, there is always something going on. The office is just a regular place where we sit down and try to figure out new ideas. Some days are slower than others, but that’s just how business goes. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just us working on what we know. Because the neighborhood has changed a lot, there are more shops around now. We don’t really do the whole fancy corporate thing. You won’t find us wearing suits or having long meetings that go nowhere. Instead, we just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. Bangalore is a big city, but out here in 560036, it feels a bit smaller. Knowing the guy at the tea stall makes it feel like home. Most of our day is spent at our desks. We don’t have a big marketing department. We just rely on doing things right so people come back. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. If you ever find yourself in MG Halli, you might see our door. It’s not flashy. We just focus on the ventures we have going and try to stay busy. It’s a lot of staring at screens. We’re just happy to be working.
