We’ve got our space set up in Mathikere, over in Msr Nagar. It’s right on New Bel Road, which gets pretty crowded during the peak hours with all the college kids and traffic. The office isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We deal with various solutions and technical bits throughout the day. Usually, the morning starts with a quick chat about what needs to get finished by evening. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that; it’s just a small group of us working together. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the gear lying around, but we usually know where everything is. The area around here is pretty lively, so there’s always a place to grab a quick snack or walk around when your head feels stuck on a problem. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties or follow a strict corporate handbook. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay on top of things. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days it’s quite peaceful. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and it feels like home to most of us. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing in a busy part of town, nothing fancy.
