Icreate Software India Pvt Ltd is located over in Koramangala VI Bk, specifically at Sahakar Nagar 41. It’s a pretty green area compared to the rest of the city. We like it here because it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. The office itself is just a regular floor in a brick building. We have a lot of monitors set up and the wires are a bit of a mess under the desks. We’ve been meaning to tidy that up for months but never seem to get around to it. Most of us live nearby so we walk or bike in when the weather is nice. It’s a small team of us here. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If someone has a problem, we just talk about it over a cup of tea in the afternoon. We do a lot of coding and testing on our laptops. Sometimes things break and we have to stay late to fix them before we leave. It’s just part of the job. We have a small fridge that usually has someone's leftover lunch or a bottle of milk in it. The windows look out over some trees which is nice when you’ve been staring at a screen for six hours straight. We don’t really bother with big formal meetings. We just shout across the room if we need something from someone else. It’s a simple way to work and it suits us fine.
